Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Shipping Carriers
    We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. The carrier will be selected based on the most efficient delivery method for your location.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • Orders sent with UPS do no ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

    Lost or Stolen Packages
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

    • We ship your order using a DAP (Delivered at Place) method, meaning any applicable import fees must be paid by you upon delivery.
    • The exact amount will be calculated by your local customs authority, and we are unable to estimate or cover these costs.

    By placing an international order, you agree to pay any import duties, taxes, or fees required by your country’s laws.
